EMAIL CONCENT

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Course Delivery: You consent to receive emails from “Company” for the purpose of delivering your purchased course materials, updates, and related resources. These emails are required in order to provide you with the product you have purchased.

Marketing & Communication: You also consent to receive occasional marketing, promotional, and informational emails from “Company” regarding related services, future offerings, and resources. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each message.

REFUND POLICY

Individual and Group sessions: No refunds are issued after a session has been performed.

Program/Courses/Ebooks/PDF’s:  All courses, programs, and digital content are delivered in full at the time of purchase. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the course/program description and understand what is included.
  • You are purchasing access to the full content immediately and accept that payment is non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, support will be provided, but the purchase will not be refunded.
  • This policy ensures that all clients have immediate access to valuable content while protecting the integrity of the program.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that payment is final and non-refundable.
  • Purchasers receive personal, non-transferable lifetime access to the program for as long as the program is available through our online platform. In the event the program is discontinued or removed from the hosting platform, participants will be provided with a reasonable opportunity to download program materials.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

For 1:1 Individual Sessions:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing Jackie at [EMAIL].
  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 24 hours of the scheduled session) may be charged the full session fee at the discretion of the Coach/Practitioner.
  • Each session may be rescheduled one time. All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the next available time that works for both parties.

For Group Sessions:

  • Group sessions cannot be rescheduled individually.
  • If you miss a live session, you will receive access to the recording within 72 hours of the session.
  • Both parties agree to make every effort to communicate and reschedule in good faith when applicable.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

You agree that the Company has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this website succeed in our specific topic area. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Company.

You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.  Thus, the results obtained by others, whether clients or customers of the Company or otherwise, applying the principles set out in this Website are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.

If technical issues occur, support will be provided to restore access, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF LOGIN DETAILS

If Products are delivered via a membership site or learning platform, you agree not to share your login details with others. Doing so may result in suspension of your access without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY 

Your privacy matters. All conversations and information shared during 1:1 or group sessions are kept strictly confidential. I will not disclose your name or personal details without your consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (such as a court order, subpoena, or safety concern).  Please note: While our work together is deeply supportive, it does not establish a legally confidential relationship (such as therapist-client or doctor-patient).

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our online products, materials, and content, we do not warrant that they are free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Information may be updated, corrected, or modified at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from reliance on such content, including but not limited to typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or incomplete information. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that occasional errors or omissions may occur and agree that such issues shall not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for refund.
